"Perseas Empire Promotions once again honors the sport of boxing by organizing a world-class event on 7/6/2019, in which elite athletes will take part.
The main event will be Christina Linardatou’s fight which, after her historic win of the WBO World Championship in the Junior Welterweight Division, is called to defend her belt for the first time!
"Medusa", with a record of 11-1/6KO will compete against the undefeated Australian, legitimate contender of the title based on the rankings, Deanha Hobbs with a record of 8-0/5KO, who holds the WBO Asia-Pacific title in the Super Featherweight division.
Christina Linardatou in March found herself at the top of the rankings after crushing the then undefeated Kandi Wyatt with the amazing knockout in the 6th round. Deanha Hobbs is the 5th undefeated athlete in a row that the Greek World Champion will face.
Also boxer Stelios Papadopoulos (11-0-2/4KO) will face the very strong boxer Abdumonem Said (19-1-1/9KO) for the claim to a WBO international title.
Undefeated Greek-Australian George Kambosos Jnr (16-0/9KO), honoring in turn the event, who has expressed his desire to compete in Greece, will participate in the card. The opponent details are expected soon.
Other fights will also be held, with leading Greek professional boxers, whose names will be announced in a later announcement.
The card will take part in the Galatsi Olympic Center and will be co-organized by Perseas Empire Promotions and the Municipality of Galatsi under the auspices of the WBO in collaboration with the Greek Professional Association.
The Perseas Empire Promotions team aims to give boxing the place it deserves, among other activities, and to organize in the future frequent fights with outstanding athletes, raising both the sport and the professional boxers, offering at the same time a one-of-a-kind show to its fans."
